We're Hiring: Sales Representative Location: Ahmedabad | Jewelry Industry Experience Preferred UNCUT is looking for a dedicated, experienced sales representative to focus exclusively on sales. This is a performance-driven role for someone who is proactive, strategic, and relentlessly numbers-focused . If you’re someone who thrives on turning conversations into conversions and building lasting relationships with high-value clients—we want to hear from you. 💼 Compensation Structure: Base monthly fee Attractive commission on every sale made Your earnings grow as your sales grow. Key Responsibilities 🔸 Drive Sales of Fine Jewelry Collections Actively sell UNCUT’s 18K hallmarked fine jewelry through direct outreach, digital inquiries, and showcases/events. 🔸 Client Relationship Building Build trust with clients by understanding their preferences, occasions, and needs—guiding them through personalized styling and purchase decisions. 🔸 Lead Generation & Conversion Own the sales funnel—from identifying leads (DMs, WhatsApp, referrals, or in-person) to closing with confidence and consistency. 🔸 Sales Strategy & Tracking Work towards monthly/seasonal revenue targets, track performance, and contribute ideas to grow UNCUT’s client base and revenue. 🔸 Collaborate to Expand Opportunities Recommend new sales opportunities—exhibitions, boutique tie-ups, private previews, influencer outreach, and more. What We’re Looking For ✅ 2–5 years of sales experience (jewelry or luxury preferred) ✅ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets ✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ✅ Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented ✅ Comfortable handling both digital and in-person sales This is a sales-only role —no involvement in content, marketing, or operations. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes selling, and is driven by performance and numbers.
