Umrao Mahal offers an exclusive and serene atmosphere for guests. Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Manager at Umrao Mahal in Jaipur. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. The Manager will also handle administrative duties, budgeting, and vendor relations to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, and guest services Strong leadership, staff management, and team-building skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Experience in event planning and coordination Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and vendor management Ability to work onsite in Jaipur and handle flexible working hours Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience with heritage properties or boutique hotels is a plus
