Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - Vendor Development, located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Executive - Vendor Development will be responsible for sourcing and developing vendor relationships, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of supplies, and managing performance metrics. This role also involves negotiating contracts, overseeing vendor communications, and training internal teams on vendor-related processes. Qualifications Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills Proficient in Communication Good negotiation and relationship management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in supply chain management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Roles & Resposibilty Receive drawings from the customer for development with suppliers Technical feasibility study Selection of supplier Tool design and development, tool cost finalisation Part price finalisation with the supplier Tool trial, sample readiness and sample approval process
