Company Description Umang is a leading therapy and support facility for children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, Cerebral Palsy, and other developmental challenges. Located in Balewadi, Near Baner, Pune, Umang is Maharashtra's first dedicated autism center with an integrated Sensory Park. Operated by the Siddhivinayak Pratishthan Foundation, our center offers a range of evidence-based therapies including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Physiotherapy. Our state-of-the-art Sensory Park promotes sensory exploration, social interaction, and physical development through inclusive play. Our mission is to provide affordable, accessible, and high-quality care. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Special Educators. The professionals will be responsible for providing specialized therapies, creating individualized treatment plans, and continually assessing and documenting patient progress. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engage in parent and caregiver education, and participate in ongoing professional development to deliver the highest standard of care. Qualifications For Physiotherapists: Skills in physical therapy techniques, patient assessment, and customized treatment planning For Occupational Therapists: Skills in sensory integration, fine motor skill development, and adaptive equipment usage For Speech Therapists: Skills in language development, speech articulation, and communication strategies For Special Educators: Skills in individualized educational planning, curriculum adaptation, and classroom management Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Excellent documentation and progress tracking abilities Relevant professional degrees and certifications in respective fields Experience working with children with developmental challenges is a plus Send your CV on umangpune2025@gmail.com or on whatsapp +91-9175175372
