As a US Tax Return Preparer & Reviewer at Sunil Khullar Infotech Management Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing various tax returns of the USA on a part-time basis. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and compliant tax filings for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing Corporate Tax Returns (Form 1120 & 1120S), Partnership Tax Returns (Form 1065), and Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040). It is essential to have a strong understanding of Schedule C, E, F, as well as M1, M2, M3 adjustments. Additionally, you will be involved in training and managing team members to uphold high standards of tax preparation and review processes. To be successful in this role, you must possess a B.Com./ M.Com. / CA Inter / CPA / EA qualification with a proven track record of USA Tax Preparation and in-depth knowledge of USA Tax Laws. A minimum of 3 years of experience in preparing Federal and State Individual and Business tax returns, along with at least 1 year of experience in reviewing such returns, is required. Proficiency in tax software such as Drake, UltraTax, Pro Series, Pro Connect, and QuickBooks is preferred. This part-time position offers flexibility in terms of work location, including on-site options in Mohali or Mandi Gobindgarh, hybrid arrangements, or remote work. The working schedule is based on either Day Shift (IST Time Zone) or Evening Shift (EST Time Zone), providing further flexibility to accommodate different time zones. The selection process involves a 3-stage evaluation comprising a Screening Interview, a Written Test, and a Technical Interview.
