Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Level: Entry to Mid-Level We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant to support our architectural team in design, drafting, and project coordination. This role offers exposure to diverse projects and opportunities to develop professional skills in architecture. Key Responsibilities Assist architects in developing design concepts, drawings, and presentations Prepare architectural plans, 3D models, and technical documentation Support project coordination with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Conduct research on materials, building codes, and sustainable design practices Participate in site visits and inspections Ensure compliance with design standards and regulations Contribute to project meetings and discussions Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills Knowledge of Singapore building regulations is a plus Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability Must have the legal right to work in Singapore What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Exposure to diverse and innovative architectural projects Collaborative and creative studio environment Professional development and career growth opportunities
