Job Title: Business Development Manager – Interior Design & Build Company: Ultimate International Pvt. Ltd. Location: New Delhi Experience: 7-10 years Employment Type: Full-Time We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client network and scale our interior design and turnkey fit-out services. Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, industry events, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms. Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, including Corporate, Developers, Architects, PMC Firms, and General Contractors. Prepare and present company credentials, capability decks, and project proposals to clients. Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to contract closure. Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement heads, facility managers, and consultants. Maintain CRM/database of client interactions, leads, and status updates. Requirements: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales or interior project acquisition Proven ability to close deals and manage key client relationships Strong communication and presentation skills Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
