You are an experienced Senior Designer sought to join the MEP team. Your primary responsibility will be to create precise electrical CAD layouts and BIM-ready documentation for projects in the UK and Europe. Collaboration with engineers in India and the UK is a key aspect of this role. You will be expected to draft CAD layouts and Revit models for various components such as lighting, cable trays, power systems, earthing, LPS, and ELV systems with minimal design input. Additionally, you will prepare schematic wiring diagrams and circuit schedules, utilizing AutoCAD and Revit for 2D/3D design deliverables. It is crucial to maintain drawing and model standards in accordance with UK project requirements and liaise with engineers and other disciplines for clash detection and design consistency. Supporting the development of standard templates and libraries for CAD/Revit MEP is also part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess an ITI or Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering, along with at least 5 years of drafting experience in MEP design consulting or architectural firms. Proficiency in AutoCAD (latest version) and a working knowledge of Revit are essential. A strong understanding of electrical systems fundamentals and UK/IS standards is required. Excellent communication and coordination skills are necessary for effective teamwork in multidisciplinary projects. Familiarity with electrical design software like Relux, Dialux EVO, Amtech, and EOM is preferred. Candidates from Gujarat or those open to relocating will be given preference.,
