Job Description

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Foster a warm and positive classroom environment where children feel safe and respected. Observe, assess, and track children’s progress and communicate updates to parents. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies and address issues as they arise. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of care and education. Prepare learning materials and resources that encourage exploration and creativity. Ensure the classroom and play areas are kept clean, organized, and safe. Promote social skills, teamwork, and respect among children. Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding the child’s development.
