Nursery Teacher

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Foster a warm and positive classroom environment where children feel safe and respected.
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress and communicate updates to parents.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies and address issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of care and education.
• Prepare learning materials and resources that encourage exploration and creativity.
• Ensure the classroom and play areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Promote social skills, teamwork, and respect among children.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding the child’s development.
