UKG QA Tester

As a UKG QA Tester specializing in Test Assure Automation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functionality of UKG systems. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute automated test cases using the UKG Test Assure tool, focusing on validating configurations, customizations, and integrations across various UKG modules such as Timekeeping, Workforce Central, Dimensions, and Pro. Working closely with UKG consultants, implementation teams, and business stakeholders, you will be instrumental in understanding testing requirements and performing system, integration, and regression testing to guarantee optimal system performance through automation. Your duties will include troubleshooting and logging defects, collaborating with developers and vendors to resolve issues, and maintaining comprehensive test documentation, scripts, and reports using Test Assure. Additionally, you will participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and provide test results for stakeholder validation, ensuring that all UKG solutions meet the required quality standards. To excel in this role, you must possess strong experience in UKG solutions, including Dimensions, Pro, Workforce Central, or Ready. Hands-on experience with the Test Assure Automation Tool is mandatory, along with a solid understanding of QA methodologies and test planning.
