UKG Consultant

You are an experienced UKG Consultant with a strong background in Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Dell Boomi, responsible for supporting and leading integration and migration projects. Your role involves migrating legacy integrations to Dell Boomi, working with UKG Pro or Dimensions modules, and ensuring the successful execution of UKG integration projects using Dell Boomi and WIM. You will be tasked with migrating existing WIM integrations to the Dell Boomi platform as part of modernization initiatives, analyzing business requirements to provide scalable integration solutions, and troubleshooting integration failures, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Your responsibilities also include maintaining comprehensive documentation for integration design, configuration, and deployment, as well as ensuring that data security, compliance, and performance standards are upheld across all integrations. To excel in this role, you should possess 10+ years of hands-on experience, with a specific focus on 2-3 years of Dell Boomi experience. Your expertise should extend to Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Dell Boomi, encompassing knowledge of the AtomSphere platform and proficiency in Process/Connector configuration. Additionally, you should have experience in data mapping, transformation, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware integrations, along with familiarity with XML, JSON, SQL, and scripting for integration logic. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential for effectively fulfilling the requirements of this position.,
