UKG Consultant / Developer

As a UKG Consultant / Developer for this remote position, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing UKG Kronos / WFM Pro modules, designing and maintaining UKG Bhoomi integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Your role will involve performing end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing configurations and integrations, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and system stability across platforms. Additionally, you will support system upgrades, enhancements, and post-production maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and implement UKG Kronos / WFM Pro modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, etc.). - Design, develop, and maintain UKG Bhoomi integrations and data pipelines. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. - Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for configurations and integrations. - Ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and system stability across platforms. - Support system upgrades, enhancements, and post-production maintenance. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in UKG solutions (WFM, Pro, Dimensions, or Workforce Central). - Strong hands-on experience with UKG Bhoomi (integration design, API development, troubleshooting). - Working knowledge of Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP APIs). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
