Job Description Position: International Customer Support Voice Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience Work Timing: Night shift Mode: Work From Office Job Location: Bangalore (Candidates applying should be staying in Bangalore city; pick & drop facility would be available) Eligibility: Excellent English communication skills are a must Nature: Contract 6 months (possibility of on-boarding on client payroll may happen in case of exceptional performance and a business need at our client's end) Compensation Expected Salary: CTC 40000 per month + other benefits (depends on last CTC and experience) Shift: Night Shift Notice Period: Immediate joiners or maximum 15 days notice Requirements Requirements Requirements: Freshers - only graduate Experience - graduate and undergraduate both are eligible. 6 months to 5 years experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, BPO, International Voice Process, Voice Process, Inbound, KPO, Outbound Process, US Process, UK Process, Australian Process, etc. Excellent communication skills Good knowledge in customer handling Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts Immediate joiner preferred Benefits Benefits Laptop and other assets will be provided by company P.F+ E.S.I + Others facility.
