We work with clients across the globe, including the UK market, and are looking for a UK Process Associate with excellent communication skills and a mandatory UK accent to handle client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communication with UK-based clients/customers.
• Provide professional assistance via calls, emails, and chat in line with UK business etiquette.
• Accurately record client details, queries, and resolutions in company systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain process quality standards and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Adapt to UK culture and client expectations while ensuring smooth communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fluent English with a clear UK accent (mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
