UK Payroll & Benefits Administrator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining BUPA Health Insurance portal, BUPA Dental Insurance portal, and Allianz Health Insurance, including reviewing invoices and reconciliations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the business to promote benefits and well-being, prepare and maintain the PSA for monthly reporting to Comp Accounting, assist in the P11d process, and provide backup for journals. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain BUPA Health Insurance portal and review invoices and reconciliations - Maintain BUPA Dental Insurance portal and review invoices and reconciliations - Maintain Allianz Health Insurance and review invoices and reconciliations - Work with the business to promote benefits and well-being - Prepare and maintain the PSA for monthly reporting to Comp Accounting - Assist in the P11d process and maintain loan report - Provide backup for journals Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of relevant experience - Understanding of Life Assurance - Understanding of Permanent Health Insurance - Understanding of Private Medical/Dental Insurance - Understanding of Regulatory Reporting - Understanding of P11d & PSA Reporting - Advanced Excel skills - Good communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to organize and plan personal workload Company Details: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
