Provide candidates with detailed information about the role, company, and benefits. Offer career advice and guidance to candidates. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the UK and US Taxation and Audit markets. Understand the specific skills, qualifications, and experience required for different roles. Strong understanding of UK and US tax and audit regulations and practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and technologies.
