UK Inbound Voice Process

We are hiring UK Inbound Process - Process Associates for our UK inbound process. The role involves handling incoming calls from UK customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage inbound calls from UK customers.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
• Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
• Follow quality guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards.
• Work with team members to meet daily/weekly performance targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• 0–5 years of experience in Process Associate (freshers welcome).
• Ability to work in rotational (UK timings).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
