Job Description – Collection Executive Position Title: Collection Executive Department: Collections / Recovery Reporting To: Collection Manager / Team Lead Location: Dwarka Mod. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The role involves following up with customers to ensure timely payments of outstanding dues, maintaining accurate records, and building professional relationships with clients while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers via phone calls, and field visits to collect pending dues. Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayment while maintaining professionalism. Monitor assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts and overdue payments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection status. Escalate unresolved cases to seniors/management for further action. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues related to billing, payment discrepancies, or disputes. Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory requirements during recovery. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Provide regular MIS reports to management on collection progress. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer relationship management. Problem-solving ability and persistence. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of collections, recovery processes, or financial services preferred. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: 0–3 years in collections, recovery, or customer service (freshers may also apply). Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) sector will be an added advantage.
