As a Motion Designer, you will demonstrate a creative flair by consistently exploring innovative content directions for our clients. Embracing a fast-paced work environment, you will excel in managing multiple project deliverables efficiently. Your proficiency in various motion and graphic design programs will enable you to craft compelling content that conveys the story and vision of our clients, thereby enhancing their brand presence across diverse digital platforms. Your responsibilities will revolve around creating and delivering motion graphics for different media channels, collaborating with art and creative teams to curate suitable audio, video, colors, and animations for graphic design. Additionally, you will be involved in editing video footage, integrating effects/elements to elevate motion graphics, and executing animation-based projects. Your expertise in 2D and ideally 3D motion design will be pivotal in animating design assets, developing UI/web design animation mockups, and engaging with various social media platforms effectively through video content. Your role will also entail contributing a creative vision to the editing process, generating strategic ideas to address marketing challenges, and ensuring the organization and maintenance of video files adhering to best practices. Furthermore, you will elevate initial concepts with captivating motion graphics and animations, leveraging your storytelling skills to create visually appealing assets. Your tasks will encompass troubleshooting video equipment, collaborating closely with stakeholders, designers, and marketing managers throughout project development, and staying updated on the latest graphic design techniques. To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in 3D motion design, robust organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently, proficiency in Cinema 4D, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. An online portfolio or demo reel, basic videography/production skills, and expertise in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Effects, Motion Graphics, or a related field is preferred. Your attention to detail, understanding of broadcast and digital distribution best practices, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools will be crucial in executing tasks effectively. Working across multiple projects simultaneously, building strong relationships with key departments and clients, and ensuring clear communication about progress and challenges will be integral to your success in this role.,
