You are a passionate and detail-oriented Product Owner with at least 3 years of experience, eager to join our fast-growing team and make a significant impact. As a crucial member of our product team, you will be responsible for owning specific product modules or journeys, effectively translating business requirements into actionable development tasks and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results. Your key responsibilities will include owning and managing product backlogs, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business goals. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes. Working in coordination with UI/UX, development, QA, and operations teams, you will ensure a smooth execution and release of features. Tracking sprint progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring that sprint commitments are met will be vital aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for conducting UAT and signing off on releases. Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or internal dashboards, you will analyze product performance and regularly gather user feedback to drive actionable improvements. Maintaining product documentation on tools like Confluence and ensuring that the delivery is aligned with company OKRs and stakeholder expectations will be crucial for the success of the product. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a product-facing role. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence is essential. A strong understanding of UI/UX workflows, APIs, and cross-functional handoffs will be beneficial. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are key requirements for this position.
