UI/UX & WordPress Developer

As a UI/UX & WordPress Developer at our company based in Aurangabad, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and engaging UI/UX layouts for websites and web applications. Your responsibilities will include developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Additionally, you will create responsive website designs that work seamlessly across all devices and browsers. Collaboration with content, marketing, and development teams will be essential to ensure brand consistency. Your role will also involve conducting website testing, debugging, and optimization for speed and performance, while staying updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX layouts for websites and web applications. - Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. - Create responsive website designs compatible across all devices and browsers. - Implement website features, functionalities, and performance improvements. - Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure brand consistency. - Conduct website testing, debugging, and optimization for speed and performance. - Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and WordPress Developer. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP (basic). - Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX design. - Experience with WordPress themes, page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery). - Knowledge of SEO principles and website performance optimization. - Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Design, IT, or related field (preferred). - 1-3 years of relevant experience.
