UI/UX & Web Designer

As a UI/UX & Web Designer at our company, your role will involve understanding user requirements, creating graphic elements, and constructing navigation components. You will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing user needs, and translating findings into intuitive UI/UX designs. Collaborating with managers and developers, you will design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your proficiency in design software and wireframe tools will be essential in maintaining and enhancing design consistency through style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems. Additionally, you will implement usability testing, stay updated with the latest design trends, and work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Your responsibilities will also include creating visually compelling graphics, icons, and other UI elements, optimizing designs based on data-driven insights, and making layout changes based on user feedback. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field. You should have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and WordPress is necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a highly collaborative attitude, and excellent time management and organizational skills are also key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
