Job Description

You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in content writing, preferably in Cloud Infrastructure Services. Your role will require strong writing, editing, and research skills, with a keen eye for technical accuracy. It is essential to have a good understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to structure content for usability. Experience in writing knowledge base articles, technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials will be valuable in this position. Familiarity with SEO principles, technical writing tools, and documentation best practices is expected. Proficiency in using design collaboration tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus. You should be able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Having a basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content structuring will be an added advantage. In this role, your skills in Technical Writing, Communication, and UI/UX will be crucial to your success.,
