Position : UI/UX - React JS Developer Location : Pune Experience 5 to 8 yrs NP : Immediate to 45 days Job Description: ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript,Redux, HTML, CSS . Education and Experience: B. Tech/B.E./MCA/BCA is preferred 5+ years of total experience in React JS and total 7+ experience as a UI/UX developer Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergencies Effective communication and customer service skills, teamwork capabilities, and a positive attitude are some of the qualities we look for Job Description: We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js and having more than 5+ years of experience in React JS Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Proficient knowledge of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, AJAX, AngularJS etc. Good knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. The selected candidate will work on Front-End of web application to build UI/UX on React JS Strong understanding of front-end coding and development technologies. Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms. Expertise in C++, Java or other programming languages. In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment). Excellent analytical and multitasking skills. Should be able to work as team member with positive attitude. The right candidate must have a strong understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) design. He/she should be able to accommodate the aesthetic ideals of the company, product, or program theyre working for without compromising usability. Additionally, you will have to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies. Role & Responsibilities You will be working as a React JS Developer. Your responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation. You are expected to take an active role on both sides and define how the application looks and how it works. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements The selected candidate will work on Front-End of web application to build UI/UX on React JS Developing new user-facing features using React.js Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Work with your team to design UI/UX and build software applications to function across multiple platforms. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus Familiarity with RESTful APIs Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools Familiarity with code versioning Make sure to mention any other framework, libraries, or other technology relevant to your project Maintain and improve the website by developing new user-facing and mobile-based features. Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back end. Conduct thorough testing of user interfaces in multiple platforms to ensure all designs render correctly and systems function properly. Get feedback from and build solutions for users and customers. Write functional requirement documents and guides. Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
