We are seeking UI designers with 2-7 years of Industry experience to join our team based at our Mangalore office in India and be a part of our growth story. The ideal candidates should possess proficiency in the following areas: - UI/UX Proficiency: Strong skills in graphic design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools. - Understanding of UX/UI Principles: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create designs that are visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly. - Creativity: Ability to generate innovative and visually appealing design concepts aligned with the company's branding and design guidelines. - Communication: Effective communication skills to understand and interpret instructions from UX colleagues and to explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders. - Collaboration: Capability to work collaboratively within a team, receive feedback constructively, and adapt designs based on input from multiple sources. - Problem-Solving: Capacity to find creative solutions to design challenges and address potential issues that might arise during the design process. - Time Management: Efficiently manage workloads, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends, tools, and techniques to keep designs fresh and contemporary. - Brand Awareness: Ability to create designs consistent with the company's brand identity and design guidelines. - Typography Skills: Understanding of typography principles and the ability to choose and pair fonts effectively. - Visual Storytelling: Skill in conveying messages and ideas through visuals and illustrations. - Mockup Creation: Proficiency in creating accurate and visually appealing mockups that showcase design concepts in a realistic context. - Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage design assets, files, and project-related documentation. - Adherence to Guidelines: Commitment to following design guidelines and maintaining brand consistency while injecting creativity. - Critique and Feedback: Openness to receiving and providing constructive feedback to improve design quality. - Color Theory: Understanding of color theory and the ability to choose color schemes that evoke desired emotions and reflect the brand's personality. - Illustration Skills: Proficiency in creating custom illustrations or graphics that enhance the design. - Designer-Developer Collaboration: Skilled in working with developers to translate design concepts into high-quality digital products, assisting with UI implementation, and ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality.,
