UI/UX Intern

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Design Intern at Neobound, you will be an integral part of building the next frontier of AI Voice Agents for inbound and outbound sales. Your role will involve thinking creatively, designing intuitively, and iterating quickly to solve real user problems. Key Responsibilities: - Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile products. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to translate ideas into tangible products. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver seamless user experiences. - Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance designs based on user needs. - Assist in developing and evolving Neobound's design system from the ground up. - Iteratively improve designs based on feedback and real-world usage. Qualifications Required: - Ability to think like a problem-solver, design like a creator, and prototype like a hacker. - Strong emphasis on user experience and preference for simplicity over complexity. - Willingness to challenge assumptions and propose innovative solutions. - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, or eagerness to quickly learn them. - Curiosity about AI products, SaaS platforms, and disruptive technologies. - Motivation to contribute to the creation of impactful products and thrive in an early-stage startup environment.,
