UI/UX & Graphic Design Faculty / Trainer

As a skilled and dedicated UI/UX and Graphic Design Trainer, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding students through their learning journey. This full-time position based in Ahmedabad offers a salary range up to 4.5 LPA. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering engaging UI/UX and Graphic Design training sessions. - Developing curriculum and teaching materials. - Guiding students through projects and portfolio building. - Providing feedback and support for skill improvement. - Staying updated with industry trends and tools. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in: - UI/UX Design: Interaction, User Research, Prototyping, Design Thinking - Graphic Design: Branding, Typography, Print & Digital Media, Motion Graphics - Tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign, After Effects Qualifications and Experience: - Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a relevant field. - Short courses or digital certifications in related areas are advantageous. - 1-2 years of teaching or trainer experience is preferred. In addition to technical skills, you should demonstrate: - Confident body language and clear communication. - Strong classroom management and discipline skills. - Punctuality, preparedness, and a passion for teaching. - Willingness to learn and grow professionally. - Proficiency in verbal and written communication. - Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities. - Positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
