UI/UX Developer Trainer

As a UI/UX Developer Trainer, your role involves educating and mentoring aspiring UI/UX designers and developers. You will have the opportunity to shape future tech talent by delivering high-quality content, conducting hands-on sessions, and supporting learners throughout their UI/UX journey. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging classroom or virtual training sessions on UI/UX design and front-end development concepts. - Design and develop training materials including slides, assignments, quizzes, and hands-on projects. - Teach tools and technologies such as Figma, Adobe XD, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.). - Explain core UX principles including design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. - Guide learners through real-world projects, code reviews, and portfolio development. - Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and conduct assessments. - Stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhance training materials. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and/or front-end development. - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). - Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Good understanding of user experience principles, accessibility, and responsive design. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and structured way. - Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow.
