Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Kochi (Hybrid Work Model)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in UI/UX Design

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a keen eye for user-centered design, and the ability to translate requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and provide a seamless user journey.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
