UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (2–4 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces across web and mobile platforms. A strong sense of aesthetics, a user-first mindset, and logical thinking are crucial for this role. Experience in gaming or interactive media is a bonus and highly appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate user requirements and business needs into wireframes, mockups, and visual designs.
• Design intuitive interfaces and delightful experiences for both web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve designs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and design documentation to communicate ideas clearly.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and maintain design system components.
• Apply logical thinking to solve UX challenges with practical, user-friendly solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design practices.
• Ability to think analytically and approach design with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional UI/UX work across different platforms.

Work Type: Onsite

Work Location: Ashok Vihar, Phase II, New Delhi

Days of Working: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
