UI/UX Designer

As a mid-senior level UI/UX Designer (SaaS) at Ventuno, you will be a valuable addition to our growing engineering team. Your role will require you to be a self-driven problem solver, ensuring the success of our design projects. Key Responsibilities: - Define and establish a common, unified UI library. - Create storyboards, user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. - Develop responsive designs and iterate across multiple projects simultaneously. - Define user experiences, information architectures, and interaction concepts for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate directly with the founding team, contributing to key product decisions. - Generate functional designs and prototypes for user testing and provide tangible reference points for the development team. - Guide the user experience across web, mobile, and connected TV solutions by shaping the vision and strategy. Qualifications Required: - A solid product design portfolio showcasing your work. - Extensive experience in UX, UI, interaction, and visual design, leveraging various patterns, tools, and methodologies. - Proficiency in designing autonomously in a responsive, fluid environment, with prior experience in agile and fast-paced settings. - Ability to generate innovative ideas to address complex product challenges. - Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision, Framer, Marvel, etc., for idea exploration, validation, and design communication. - Comfort with ambiguity during early production stages and exceptional attention to detail and organization. - Genuine passion for crafting highly efficient and intuitive user experiences. - Preference for creating clean, minimalist user interface designs. - Capacity to provide and receive constructive feedback for personal and professional growth.
