As part of our growing team, you’ll work at the intersection of design, technology, and cybersecurity—translating complex workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers to shape the future of threat modeling. With $60 million in institutional funding from Invictus Growth Partners, we’re scaling fast—and we want designers who are just as passionate about usability and clean design as we are about security. What You’ll Do Conduct user research to understand workflows, user behavior, and pain points across diverse roles in cybersecurity. Plan and lead user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather actionable insights and validate design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that translate product requirements into intuitive user experiences. Design and implement modern, responsive UI components using tools like Figma and collaborate with engineers to bring them to life. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals. Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity by following WCAG guidelines and designing for diverse users. Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform. Leverage data and analytics to monitor user behavior and continuously improve product usability. Stay current on UX/UI best practices, trends, and tools, and bring fresh ideas into our design process. Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and design reviews. What You Bring 4-6 years of experience designing and shipping complex SaaS products with a focus on UX/UI. Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Experience conducting user research and usability testing in both qualitative and quantitative formats. Plus to have an understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks. Plus to have UX certifications (Google UX, NN/g, HFI, etc.) Experience crafting illustrations or creating animation graphics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams. Bonus: Experience designing for technical users or cybersecurity-related products.
