UI/UX Designer (Design-Only Role)

Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer focused purely on design. This role is not a development position. You will not be expected to write code or implement designs.

Your responsibility is to research, design, and deliver high-quality UI/UX outputs that can be handed off cleanly to the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, and UI designs for web and mobile products
• Design high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes
• Translate product requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Conduct basic UX research and usability thinking
• Maintain design consistency across products
• Prepare clean design handoffs (spacing, components, states)
• Iterate designs based on product and stakeholder feedback
• Work closely with product managers and developers (design handoff only)

What You Will Not Do

• ❌ No frontend development
• ❌ No HTML / CSS / React / Flutter coding
• ❌ No engineering tasks

This is a design-only role.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of UX principles & user behavior
• Excellent visual/UI design skills
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping)
• Ability to design SaaS dashboards, apps, and workflows
• Strong attention to detail (spacing, typography, hierarchy)
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions

Portfolio Requirements

• A design portfolio with:
• User flows & wireframes
• High-fidelity UI screens
• Real product or client work (preferred)
• Dribbble-only portfolios are not sufficient unless backed by real flows
