Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at Sharaco Technologies, you will be a pivotal member of the tech team, responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Your role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring product concepts to life through seamless and engaging designs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate effectively with product and development teams to understand requirements and user preferences. - Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. - Design sleek, modern, mobile-first interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research, testing, and refine designs based on valuable feedback. - Ensure consistency in design elements such as patterns, typography, icons, and spacing. - Establish design systems, reusable UI components, and visual assets to streamline design processes. - Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation aligned with design specifications. - Stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and methodologies to improve design practices. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for designing interfaces. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. - Knowledge of design systems and UI component libraries. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
