Description
As a UI/UX Designer at SprigStack, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating and intuitive user experiences for our clients. Your innovative thoughts and creative approach will be instrumental in designing attractive and user-friendly interfaces. You will take ownership of the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality and polished outputs. Collaborating with product managers and other key stakeholders, you will identify user needs and translate them into unique design solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design attractive and user-friendly interfaces using innovative thoughts and a creative approach - Take charge of the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation - Collaborate with product managers and key players to identify user needs and convert them into unique design solutions - Conduct user research to enhance usability and overall user satisfaction - Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to express design concepts effectively - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance user experience - Implement a user-centered design approach and incorporate user feedback throughout the design process - Deliver designs that meet high-quality and excellence criteria within project schedules Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software - Exceptional creativity and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences - Strong sense of accountability and the ability to take ownership of projects - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX design principles, trends, and best practices - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements - Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field Please note that the job type is full-time with benefits including a flexible schedule and leave encashment. The ability to commute/relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is required. Experience in total work for 1 year and UI design for 2 years is also required. The work location is in person.
