Job Title: Lead UI/UX Designer

Location: NCR, India (Hybrid/Flexible)

As our Lead UI/UX Designer, you will own the design craft from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless marriage of aesthetics and usability.

Set the Visual Standard: You will be the champion for visual excellence. Your exceptional taste and skill in typography, color, iconography, and layout will result in stunning, pixel-perfect interfaces that delight our users.

Design Intuitive User Journeys: You will be the architect of our user experience. You'll map out user flows, create wireframes, and build interactive prototypes that make complex learning tasks feel simple, intuitive, and logical.

Craft with Child-Centric Empathy: For SwiftChat, you will immerse yourself in the world of our young learners. Youll use your expertise in visual design and UX to create an experience that is engaging, forgiving, and feels like play.

Design for Professional Clarity: For SwiftPAL, you will use your skills to bring clarity and simplicity to a powerful platform, creating an elegant and professional experience that empowers our adult users.

Unify UI & UX into a Cohesive System: You will own and build our design system in Figma. This will be the single source of truth for both our visual components (the UI) and our interaction patterns (the UX), ensuring quality and consistency at scale.

Required Qualifications
An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates deep expertise in both UI (visual craft, polish, aesthetics) and UX (problem-solving, user flows, wireframes). It must feature case studies of your best kid-centric educational products.

8+ years of professional experience in a UI/UX or Product Design role where you were hands-on in creating both the visuals and the experience.

Visual Design Mastery: Expert-level skill in typography, color theory, layout, and creating beautiful, high-fidelity user interfaces.

UX Mastery: A strong command of user-centered design principles, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.

Child-Centric Expertise: A deep, practical understanding of the unique usability patterns, visual cues, and psychological needs of designing for children.

Figma Mastery: The ability to use Figma for the entire design process, from initial wireframes to building and maintaining a sophisticated design system.
