We are immediately seeking a talented and creative Female UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and engaging interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and challenges.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing UI aligned with brand and usability standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs.
• Maintain consistency in design systems, components, and interaction patterns.
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 2-4years in UI/UX design with a demonstrable portfolio of completed projects web and mobile applications.
• Design Expertise: Solid understanding of typography, layout principles, visual hierarchy, and user-focused design.
• Accessibility & Color Theory: Knowledge of accessibility guidelines, inclusive design methods, and effective use of color.
• Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar design software.
• CAD Exposure: Familiarity with CAD tools for product visualization will be considered an advantage.
• Prototyping: Ability to produce wireframes, mockups, and detailed interactive prototypes.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to present design ideas and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Organization & Delivery: Skilled in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related design field.
• Professional certification in UI/UX Design (preferred but not mandatory).
