Job Description UI/UX Designer

RunCloud Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our energetic, dynamic, and diverse team in India. Strong analytic capability and the ability to deliver an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities :

• Own and define the end-to-end user experience on RunCloud products and features.
• Conduct user research and testing through methods that are relevant to RunCloud products; including but not limited to A/B testing and usability testing.
• Conduct research, gather feedback and analyze to gain user insight and market insight.
• Create user journeys, personas, or other models through user research and data.
• Able to create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows diagram, site maps and other UX deliverables.
• Lead product analytics implementation as part of overall UX improvement.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Work across departments and stakeholders to ensure UX processes and visions are implemented successfully.
• Advocate user experience within the whole organization and maintain user-centric approaches in design practices.
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Requirements :

• Have a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
• At least 4-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, Product Designer or similar role
• Have a great ability to design polished, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes of your solutions using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong visual and design skills is required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) for graphic and digital design.
• Strong working knowledge with HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript.
• Experience with conducting user research.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles for both UI/UX and graphic design.
• Previous experience building products from the ground up in a fast-paced, agile environment with high degrees of ambiguity and change is a plus.
• Working experience in the Web Development Agency and Cloud Computing industry is a plus.
• Candidates should be able to work in Ahmedabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
