13 years of UI/UX and/or graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. Experience in branding, visual design, and producing marketing assets. UX research skills: usability tests, personas, A/B testing, surveys. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design. Familiarity with interaction design, micro-interactions, and motion graphics (a plus). Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts (preferred). Clear communication, strong problem-solving, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
? Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
? Familiarity with user analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel). ? Experience with Jira, Miro, Notion, Confluence. ? Exposure to AI-driven design tools and conversational UI/chatbot design.
