UI/UX Designer

Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer / 1. UI/UX - 5+ yrs expResponsibilities:1. Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, user-centered designs that align with business objectives.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.3. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence, creativity, and continuous learning.4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions, driving iterative improvements.5. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.6. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, and advocate for their integration into our design processes.7. Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms and devices.8. Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide support during the implementation phase.9. Champion accessibility and inclusivity in design, ensuring that our products are usable by people of all abilities.10. Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback, data insights, and usability metrics to drive data-driven design decisions and optimizations.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.3. Expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.4. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design concepts.5. Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide junior team members.6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.7. Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.8. Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.9. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.10. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
