UI/UX Designer

Overview

We seek a meticulous UI/UX Designer to transform user needs into elegant, functional designs. Youll create seamless user journeys, social media visuals, and interactive prototypes while contributing original ideas to our creative process. Key Responsibilities

Core Design & Execution

• Design end-to-end user interfaces (web/mobile apps) with Figma, ensuring intuitive navigation and accessibility.
• Create social media graphics (posts, banners), emailers, marketing collateral, and digital assets using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to validate concepts and interactions.
• Apply basic animation/micro-animation skills (e.g., hover effects, transitions) to enhance UX.

Strategy & Ideation

• Lead user research (surveys, usability tests) to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Draft user journey maps and personas to align design decisions with user goals.
• Pitch original design concepts during brainstorming sessions and refine based on feedback.

Collaboration

• Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Technical Requirements

Mandatory Tools

• Figma (advanced prototyping, component libraries).
• Adobe Creative Suite:
• Illustrator (vector graphics, icons).
• Photoshop (image editing, compositing).
• Firefly (generative AI for asset creation).
• Basic Animation/Prototyping: Proficiency in Figma animations, Lottie, or equivalent for micro-interactions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Adobe After Effects (motion design, advanced animations).
• Premiere Pro (video editing for promotional content).

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year in UI/UX design (or exceptional portfolio for freshers).
• Proven work showcasing social media visuals, emailers, and user journeys.
• Design Thinking:
• Ability to translate user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Aesthetic sensibility for typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Soft Skills:
• Self-starter who proactively pitches design ideas and solutions.
• Resilience to embrace challenges and iterate rapidly.
• Detail-oriented approach (pixel-perfect execution, file organization).
• Portfolio: Must include:
• 3–4 case studies demonstrating end-to-end UX process (research final UI).
• Samples of social media graphics, email templates, or marketing collateral.
• Examples of micro-animations/interactive prototypes (e.g., Figma links).
