UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional digital experiences across web and mobile applications. Your main goal will be to create seamless user interactions through aesthetically pleasing UI designs while collaborating with various stakeholders to align designs with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and improve designs. - Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Develop aesthetically pleasing UI designs while ensuring seamless user interactions. - Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals. - Establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and brand guidelines. - Conduct A/B testing and gather feedback to enhance user experience. - Optimise designs for different screen sizes and platforms. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. - Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools. - Experience with motion graphics is a plus, but it is not mandatory. - Knowledge of user psychology, interaction design principles, and accessibility guidelines. - Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
