About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements. 2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. 3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and iterate on design solutions. 4. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency across our SaaS products. 5. Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes. 6. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide support during the development lifecycle. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field. 2. 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products. 3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. 4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and demonstrating problem-solving skills. 5. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
