Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to bridge the gap between complex functionality
and a beautiful user interface. You will be responsible for the look and feel of our entire digital
ecosystem, from internal CRM tools to customer-facing webstores.
Detailed Requirements & Skills:
? Product Design: Experience in designing complex dashboards and CRM workflows where data density must meet ease of use.
? Mobile-First Approach: Expertise in designing responsive layouts for Android/iOS apps and E-commerce webstores.
? Tooling: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including components, auto-layout, and prototyping) or Adobe XD.
? User Research: Ability to create user personas, wireframes, and user journey maps.2
? Visual Design: Strong sense of typography, color theory, and grid systems.
? Portfolio: A mandatory portfolio link showcasing live projects or high-quality case studies.
