UI/UX designer intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will support the design team in creating user-centered digital experiences and will gain practical exposure to industry-standard design practices. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a professional environment and to develop skills in user interface and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• 
  Create wireframes, prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• 
  Conduct user research and gather insights to support design decisions.
• 
  Perform usability testing and document findings to improve product/output experience.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design consistency and functionality.
• 
  Stay informed about current design trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related discipline.
• 
  Fundamental understanding of UI/UX principles, design processes and usability standards.
• 
  Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or equivalent.
• 
  Strong visual design sense with attention to detail in layout, typography and color.
• 
  Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• 
  A portfolio of academic, personal or professional projects demonstrating design capabilities is preferred.
