UI/UX Designer Intern

About the position:

We’re looking for a motivated and skilled UI/UX intern to join our growing team. This internship is an excellent chance for a highly motivated individual to obtain important experience in the dynamic fields of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. You'll collaborate with professional designers on real-world projects, helping us create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our software products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to understand user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions.
• Conduct user research (e.g., surveys, user interviews) to gather user feedback and inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to visualise and test design concepts.
• Design high-fidelity mockups using design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible for implementation.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles (usability, interaction design, and visual design)
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in design software (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD preferred)
• A passion for learning and growing as a designer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
