UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and creating engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into intuitive designs that delight users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs.
• Translate concepts, wireframes, and requirements into interactive prototypes and final design deliverables.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive UI layouts for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, journey maps, storyboards, and personas to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Continuously optimize designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills in web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
