UI/UX Designer (Freelancer)

As a Freelance UI/UX Designer at Augurs Technologies, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion and experience by shaping the user experience for cutting-edge software products. Working remotely, you will collaborate with a talented team of developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces. Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in industry-standard UI/UX tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision). - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams. - Proven problem-solving skills and a continuous learner of the latest design trends and technologies. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into user-centered design solutions. - Conduct user research and usability testing to address user pain points. - Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. - Ensure brand consistency and develop design systems and UI libraries. - Stay informed of current design trends and best practices for top-notch designs. Additional Skills (Preferred): - Knowledge of UI animation principles and accessibility best practices. - Experience in UX writing and expertise in prototyping tools like After Effects or ProtoPie.
