UI/UX Designer at Edwisely | Jobs at Edwisely Experience: 2-5 yrs Job Description: We are looking for a candidate who is an expert in UI, UX design to join our growing company. Works independently under limited supervision, applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Design. Roles & Responsibilities: Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Project Managers, Business Analyst and Software Developers Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, drawing of maps and designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, work flows. Should have hands on working experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe xd, Wireframing. Should have hands on working experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery. Build page navigation buttons and search fields Should be able to debug the front-end code using the tools. Should be able to work in Agile-Sprint methodology. Should be able to quickly understand and analyse requirements in Sprint Planning. Should be able to deliver assigned tasks as per sprint timings and update. Should be able to convert Wireframes/PSD to live web pages Should be able to develop website, web application, HTML construct or client-side script to support all the web browsers. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images Create visual design systems (graphics, layouts, motion) with reusable and responsive assets Maintain a knowledge base of the latest design trends and implement best practices for user-centered design Technology-aware: Continuously monitor advances in technology, seeking opportunities to enhance human experiences Should have an experience in Responsive Design and Rapid Prototyping Product website designing, web apps design, mobile app design Agile and Lean Software Development Demonstrated mastery of collaborative, web-based tools for UI/UX design (i.e. Axure, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) Exemplary verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail with a relentless attitude towards quality Experience in wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision) Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
